180 g of CORAYA Sticks, 60 g of soya sprouts, 100 g of bamboo sprouts, 2 pineapples (not too big), 1 teaspoon of honey, 1 spoonful of oil, 1 teaspoon of soy sauce, The juice of one orange, 1 spoonful of sesame seeds, salt and pepper
