Sea cocktail with CORAYA Sticks

420 g of CORAYA sticks, 2 iceberg lettuces, 2 granny smith apples, a few radishes, 2 chives, 7 spoonfuls of dipping sauce, salt and pepper


Thinly slice the lettuce. Season with the dipping sauce previously mixed with the chives and fill the bottom of four glasses with the mixture. Place the CORAYA Sticks in the glasses after cutting them into four. Rinse and grate the apples, thinly slice the radishes and place both in the glasses. Note: you may use a salad bowl instead of glasses
