Mushroom salad with Tartare croutons

130 g of Tartare
2 thin French sticks
500 g of mushrooms
200 g of cherry tomatoes
2 chicories
2 spoonfuls of olive oil
1 spoonful of yogurt
1 spoonful of red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon of wholegrain mustard


Slice the French stick and grill.

In the meantime, clean and slice the mushrooms. Place in a salad bowl. Add the small tomatoes.

Cut the chicories in thin slices and add them too. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, yogurt, red wine vinegar and mustard. Add pepper.

Pour the sauce on the salad and tow well.

Spread the Tartare on the French stick and cut in half.

Place the salad in the plates and add the Tartare croutons on top.

Recommendation: do not use the toaster to make the croutons. Place them on a baking tray covered with greaseproof paper and place in the oven for 3 to 4 minutes.
