Italian salad with CORAYA

Ingredients

200 g CORAYA Slices, 1 tablespoon mustard, 300 g spaghetti, 100 g mozzarella, oil and vinegar, tarragon, salt, pepper

Preparation

Cook the spaghetti and leave to cool in shallow soup bowls. Prepare a mustard sauce with salt, pepper, vinegar, oil and mustard. Season the diced tomatoes. Arrange them over the spaghetti with the mozzarella and the CORAYA Slices. Top with the sauce and decorate with tarragon.
