Crusty pie with apples and Camembert COEUR DE LION

Ingredients

1 Camembert Cœur de Lion, 8 brik sheets, , 40g butter, 4 teaspoons of cider vinegar, 2 apples, salt, pepper.

Preparation

Spread melted butter with a brush on the brik sheets. Double them and lay them flat.Arrange thin apple slices on the upper part and cover with 1/4 of the camembert (without the rind). Then pour a teaspoon of cider vinegar on it. Season and close the sides towards the centre. Roll up tightly the sheets in roll shape. Turn it on and lay it on the oven plate. Repeat this operation for the 3 other crusty pies. Butter the surface and place in the oven (th 8) for 10 min. After the cooking, the crusty pies should be slightly coloured and crusty. Serve immediately with green salad with French dressing seasoned with cider vinegar.
