Ingredients

10 thin slices of beef carpaccio style, 10 thin slices of GERARD Camembert, soy sauce

Preparation

Seal each slice of beef in the frying pas and allow to cool down. Roll the slice around the piece of Camembert. Attach with a toothpick. Reheat the brochette in the frying pan with the soy sauce.
