Fol Epi

Fol Epi was created in Pays de la Loire, a region famous for its dairy products. Fol Epi is, above all, a small round chees with a fruity flavor and decorated with wheat ears in relief. It’s a result of the expertise   and techniques used by French Master cheesemakers. Thanks to its long maturation period, the cheese slowly develops its fruity and melting texture.
